Monmap LLC must confirm its registered address, production hosting and transfer locations, infrastructure retention, and provider contracts. Qualified Mongolian counsel must review the final text.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
These draft Terms govern your use of Monmap LLC's Ubhub Location Service website, developer console and geocoding, reverse-geocoding and routing APIs. Creating an account requires an affirmative acceptance of the current version. You must have authority to use the account and to submit data through it. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to bind it. The final effective date and registered address await legal review.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration information and keep account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Notify bilguuntugs@monmap.mn promptly of suspected compromise. We may disable an account or revoke a key to contain abuse or a security incident.
3. API access and keys
The console can create, regenerate and revoke API keys with configured endpoint scopes and limits. Keep private keys secret; do not publish them in applications, logs or public repositories. Rotate a compromised key and report unauthorized use. Do not share a private key with an untrusted party or bypass authentication, scopes, quotas or rate limits. The platform enforces these controls and may revoke abusive keys.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attack the service or third-party infrastructure, probe another account, steal credentials or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not evade limits, overload the API, use it for unlawful purposes or infringe the rights of others.
- Do not submit a person's address or precise location unless you have a lawful basis and have given required notices to that person.
- Do not remove applicable source attributions or misuse licensed geospatial data.
5. Limits, plans and billing
The free testing tier has a finite request allowance. Paid plans, if available, provide the published monthly request and per-minute limits for 30-day access periods; they do not renew automatically in the current implementation. Routing can consume more quota units than a geocoding request. The console and documentation show current prices and limits before checkout. A paid checkout is handled by Wire Payment and its QPay/bank options. The application records the plan, payment intent, amount and status; a successful payment activates the applicable plan. Any refund, tax or invoice rules require business and legal confirmation before these Terms become effective.
6. Your data and platform records
You retain rights in information you submit. You grant Monmap LLC the limited permission needed to receive, process and pass search text, addresses and coordinates to the configured geospatial service to answer your requests. The platform generates its own account, API key, usage, quota, payment and security records to operate the service. Their processing is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own application's users, data collection, notices and lawful use of API results.
7. Geospatial results and third-party sources
Results depend on the ArcGIS geospatial datasets and services configured for this deployment; optional deployments may use Nominatim or OSRM. The browser basemap comes from the configured ArcGIS vector tile service through our gateway. Source datasets and basemap content can have separate licenses and attribution requirements. Monmap LLC does not claim ownership of customer submissions or third-party datasets. Coverage, addresses, roads, travel times and routes can be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify results before using them for safety-critical decisions.
8. Intellectual property
Monmap LLC retains its rights in the platform, software and documentation, subject to applicable open-source licenses. Customers retain rights in their submitted content. Third-party licensors retain rights in their data and map materials. These Terms grant only the access required to use the service under your plan and the applicable licenses.
9. Service operation and changes
We may maintain, improve, limit or interrupt the service for security, capacity or technical reasons. API versioning is described in the developer documentation. We will communicate material product or policy changes through the service or the account contact where practical. A material Terms update will have a new version; existing users will be asked to review and affirmatively accept it before continuing in the console.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access or revoke keys for suspected compromise, abuse, nonpayment where a paid plan applies, or a serious violation of these Terms. You may request account closure in Settings after confirming your password. Closure immediately disables account access, revokes keys and ends sessions; deletion and retention of existing records are subject to the manual review described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Warranties, liability and disputes
Service availability, warranties, liability limits, indemnification, refund rules and dispute procedures are commercial/legal terms that Monmap LLC and qualified Mongolian counsel must approve before this draft becomes effective. This draft makes no unsupported promise of uptime or geospatial accuracy and does not purport to waive non-excludable rights. Mongolian law is the proposed governing law, subject to counsel review.
